Terms of Service

Effective date: October 10, 2026 · Operator: Drone Control Center

Drone Control Center is an independently operated drone-media organization and editing service. Its private workspace is available only to authorized users. TikTok integration is under development and is not currently offered as an approved production publishing service.

1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms describe the use of the Drone Control Center website, the private creative workspace and related features made available by its operator. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Access and accounts

Access to the private workspace is restricted. You must have authorization to use it and are responsible for safeguarding your account and access credentials. The public information and legal pages do not require an account.

3. Your content and permissions

You are responsible for footage, images, text and other material you upload, process or export. You must own the material or have the necessary permissions, and comply with applicable privacy, intellectual-property, aviation and platform rules. Do not upload or share content that infringes the rights of others or reveals private information without permission.

4. Editing and AI-assisted outputs

The service may help organize media and generate edited video content, including AI-assisted recommendations or transformations. Outputs may contain inaccuracies or unexpected results. You must review all media before using or sharing it, including for faces, location clues, audio rights, music licensing and other sensitive information. The service cannot guarantee anonymity, originality or copyright clearance.

5. Third-party services and TikTok

The service may rely on separately operated infrastructure or editing services. Any future TikTok integration will use an authorization process and appropriate TikTok APIs only after they become available and are approved as required. Connecting an account and choosing to upload or publish must be initiated by the authorized user. TikTok's own terms, privacy rules, account settings and publishing restrictions will also apply.

6. Availability and changes

Features may be updated, paused or discontinued, including development-stage features. We may revise these Terms as the service changes and will update the effective date when doing so.

7. No warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, specific editing results, platform approval, increased views or commercial performance. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized use, inappropriate uploads, third-party outages or publication of user-selected content. This provision does not limit liability where limitation is prohibited by law.
